RECIPE

Ready in 15 minutes

Makes 8-12 glasses of Mulled Wine

Ingredients:

One bottle of Red Wine*

Indicā’s DIY Mulled Wine Kit (contains two spice bundles, dehydrated Nagpur oranges and cinnamon sugar)

60g Sugar

60ml Brandy

Lemon Wedge

Method:

Pour a bottle of red wine of your choice into a heavy bottom pan along with one of indicā’s Mulled Wine spice bundles.

Add six slices of dried oranges that are included in your kit along with the recommended amount of sugar.

Bring to a quick boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

Take the saucepan off the heat and add the brandy.

Rim your wine glasses with the spiced sugar also included in the kit. To do this, simply pour the sugar on a flat plate and roll the rim of your glass in it. Make sure to wet the rim with lemon juice before you roll it in the sugar. Shake off the excess.

Pour your wine into your glasses and drink while still hot. Cheers!
