Azmat founded Sarposh to keep a fuller record of Kashmiri food than restaurants usually attempt. The ceremonial wazwan sits alongside the home kitchen, the street and the bakery, and she treats all four as equally worth documenting.
Sarposh works from that record: the ingredients, the techniques and the people who still cook this way. This menu is built with her.

48 hours or more before your sitting: cancel and receive store credit for the full amount. You can use it for any indicā experience or at our café within 6 months.
Less than 48 hours before: we can't offer credit at this stage, because ingredients are bought and prepared for each guest in advance.
Can't make it? You can transfer your booking to a friend at any time before the event. Just send us their name.
If we cancel or reschedule: you'll get a full refund to your original payment method, or you can move to the new date.
