Almost a year later, Taiyaba Ali returns to our kitchen with Aam Baat—a 7-course menu that reflects on mangoes not just as fruit, but as inheritance. Drawing from her ancestral ties to Malihabad and the everyday language of Lucknow's home kitchens, this is a layered exploration of region, memory, and seasonality—told through a single, familiar, loved ingredient.
