Bihar has always been a part of Chef Sadaf Hussain’s story.It’s where his mother grew up and where he spent long summers as a child — days marked by the scent of woodsmoke, the hum of stories, and the rhythm of kitchens that cooked without rush.

With Dhaan aur Dhoop, he returns to that world — not to recreate it, but to reimagine it. This is food shaped by memory yet rooted in the present, a reflection of Bihar that’s as layered and generous as the land itself.

A feast that moves quietly past clichés, offering a more thoughtful glimpse into how Bihar cooks, remembers and endures.

• Cancellation with Store Credit: If you cancel your order at least 48 hours before, we will initiate a store credit for the full amount of your order. This store credit can be redeemed in-store within 6 months from the date of issue.
