The Thar's food system runs on women's labour — the foraging, the farming, the daily work of turning scarcity into a meal. This menu is built around that simple fact. 

Every course opens onto the Thar's terrain — its yields, its scarcities, its own timing — offering a view into a landscape and the foodways it has shaped over generations. 

Each dish is anchored to the story of one woman whose work made it possible: a forager, a farmer, a keeper of knowledge passed down and rarely credited.

A five-course menu, structured to move through the Thar's culinary history course by course.

Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation with Store Credit: If you cancel your order at least 48 hours before, we will initiate a store credit for the full amount of your order. This store credit can be redeemed in-store within 6 months from the date of issue.
• No Cancellations After 48 Hours: We do not offer store credits for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
