Chef Ruchira Hoon takes over the indicā kitchen on for Stories from Tamizhagam — a kitchen takeover exploring the micro-cuisines of Tamil Nadu. Chettinad, Madurai, Ambur, Kanchipuram — each with its own flavour logic, its own rhythm, its own story worth telling.
On the menu: Kanchi Idli, Ambur Biryani, Thool Parotta with Kalakki Omelette, Meen Varuval, Paruthi Paal, Thayir Saadam — and so much more.
