We’re back—with Syah, for the first time in Delhi.
From July 6–13, Chef Pankaj takes over the kitchen at indicā with a one-week tasting menu shaped by regional produce, seasonal shifts and bold honest flavours.
The menu holds steady through the week—built on slow processes, rooted techniques and a deep respect for the ingredients.
Dinner on weekdays. Lunch and dinner on weekends.

Plans change, and we understand. Here's how it works: 48 hours or more before the event: Cancel and receive store credit for the full amount. You can use it for any indicā experience within 6 months. Less than 48 hours before the event: We can't offer credit at this stage, because ingredients are bought and prepared for each guest in advance. Can't make it? You can transfer your booking to a friend at any time before the event. Just send us their name. If we cancel or reschedule: You'll get a full refund to your original payment method, or you can move to the new date.
